"Brummegem Pals"

Opening Night performance at The Solihull Arts Centre - Thursday 2 October 2014

The play, by Malcolm Stent and Don Maclean, tells the story of two young Birmingham friends who sign up with The Birmingham Pals at the start of The Great War.

The Birmingham Pals Living History Association staged a display of some equipment in the foyer of the theatre and greeted the audience as they arrived.

Amongst the audience of over 300 was the Mayor of Solihull.
